We inform users who access SEF via the electronic identification portal using the "Halcom" certificate that difficulties in using the listed certificates have been observed.

 

The "Halcom" certificate challenge is ongoing, and if possible, other access methods can be used in the meantime, e.g. using the ConsentID application.

 

Users who access SEF via other certificates or the mobile application can use the system without any problems.
