We would like to inform all users of the Electronic Invoicing System that SEF version 4.0.0 on the production environment will be postponed, i.e. that it will be available from Friday, July 31, 2026.

We would like to inform all users of the Electronic Invoicing System that the changes and functionalities of SEF version 4.0.0 will be available in the production environment from tomorrow, July 29, 2026.

SEF version 4.0.0 is available for testing on the DEMO environment from July 3, 2026, more details can be found in the document below and at the following link .

In the event that multiple entities registered on the Electronic Invoice System operate under the same VAT ID (PIB), it is necessary to assign a unique number to both the Individual VAT Record and the Summary VAT Record during electronic recording of VAT calculations.

Specifically, if multiple public sector entities have their own unique Public Funds User Numbers (JBKJS) and operate together under the same VAT ID (PIB), they must add their JBKJS as a prefix or suffix to the record number when recording VAT calculations to differentiate the record numbers under the shared VAT ID (PIB).

We would like to inform all users of the Electronic Invoicing System that SEF version 4.0.0 will be slightly shifted in the production environment.

Given the significant changes and functionalities within the mentioned version, users of the system are provided with minimal additional time to adapt and make the necessary changes in the internal systems.

Information about the new availability date of SEF version 4.0.0 on the production environment will be announced in due course.

We would like to inform all users of the Electronic Invoice System that the changes and functionalities of SEF version 4.0.0 will be available in the production environment from Saturday, July 25, 2026.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that within this version, integration with the SEF Admin module has been performed, as well as the introduction of checking the entry of quantities and prices on document items in all types of electronic invoices.

It is possible to enter only positive values, while the entry of negative values is allowed only in the case of the application of the tax category N - Annulment.

In addition, given that important functionalities will be moved to the SEF Admin module, it is necessary to check the currently assigned roles or restrictions to users in the production environment in a timely manner and, if necessary, make changes.
