We invite the professional and interested public to familiarize themselves with the documentation describing the proposed improvements to the SEF, most of which were presented at the conference entitled " Towards Improvements to the Electronic Invoice System " held on July 11, 2024 at the Ministry of Finance.
The documentation we are publishing on this occasion relates to significant technical improvements whose implementation is expected in the coming period, and in accordance with the proposals for amendments to the legal framework in the field of electronic invoicing, specifically:
- Introduction of new tax categories;
- Entity status and tax period;
- Changes in the "VAT Calculation Date" section;
- Improvements to Individual VAT Records;
- Improvements to VAT Summary Records.
