In order to improve the performance of the electronic invoice system, during the next SEF update (3.4.9), changes are planned for users accessing the system via the application programming interface (API) related to calling methods for retrieving invoice identifiers (IDs) (from the sender and recipient), by introducing mandatory specification of a date range.

It's about methods:

  • publicApi/sales-invoice/ids
  • publicApi/purchase-invoice/ids

The specific logic that will be applied is:

  • if only the end date of the range (date to) is set - users receive invoices only for the period of one month before the specified date,
  • if only the starting date of the range (date from) is set - users receive invoices only for a period of one month from the specified date,
  • if both dates are set, and the period is longer than a month - the returned result will be the same as if the starting date (date from) was not set (i.e. invoices for a period of one month before the end date – date to),
  • if both dates are set, and the period is up to a month - as a result, invoices for that period will be returned,
  • If no date is set - invoices will only be returned for the period of the last month.

The next SEF 3.4.9 update on the DEMO environment is planned for November 23, 2023.
