The Regulation on Electronic Invoicing was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 47/23, June 8, 2023.

This regulation shall enter into force on July 1, 2023.

 

On the date of entry into force of this regulation, the following shall cease to be valid:

1) Regulation on the method and procedure for registering for access to the electronic invoice system, the method of accessing and using the electronic invoice system and the method of using data available in the electronic invoice system ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 69/21, 132/21 and 46/22);

2) Rulebook on the elements of an electronic invoice, the form and method of submitting accompanying and other documentation through the electronic invoice system, the method and procedure for electronic recording of value added tax calculations in the electronic invoice system and the method of implementing electronic invoicing standards ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 69/21, 132/21 and 46/22);

3) Rules on the Procedures of the Central Information Intermediary ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 69/21 and 132/21).
