The Ministry of Finance, in cooperation with NALED, invites all local governments, public enterprises and institutions to the final training  on the launch of e-Invoices in the public sector:  

APPLICATION OF ELECTRONIC INVOICE SYSTEMS 


 - Monday, April 18, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM -

Ministry of Finance - Amphitheatre Hall, Kneza Miloša 20, Belgrade 

 

On Monday, April 18, 2022, the final training on the implementation of the electronic invoice system for public sector users will be held in the Amphitheatre of the Ministry of Finance. The training participants will be introduced in detail to the legal framework for the implementation of electronic invoices, as well as the capabilities of the updated electronic invoicing system, how to use it, and the most common scenarios for sending and receiving electronic invoices between different actors.


A schedule of events is attached.

The training is intended primarily for employees in local governments, but also for other public institutions responsible for receiving and sending invoices. It is organized with a limited number of participants and compliance with epidemiological measures. Anyone who wants to physically attend the training at the Ministry of Finance needs to register their participation via the online application form . The deadline for registration is Monday, April 11, by 12:00, or until the place is filled.
