In anticipation of the beginning of the implementation of the Law on Electronic Invoicing (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 129 of December 28, 2021), which enters into force on May 1, 2022, three video instructions have been published regarding opening an account on the eFaktura System.
A prerequisite for registration on the eFaktura System is that the legal representative has an open account on the Electronic Identification Portal. It is necessary to have a card reader connected to the computer containing an ID card with a qualified electronic certificate, a connected USB with a qualified electronic certificate, or the ability to access the ConsentID application.
When opening an account on the eFaktura System, the legal representative selects the budget user option from the drop-down menu, and then enters the Unique Number of the User of Public Funds.
Instructions for opening an account for public sector entities on the eFaktura System:
A private sector entity order can be created by a legal representative who selects one of the 7 offered values from the "Entity Type" drop-down menu: business company, entrepreneur, association, bankruptcy estate, foundation/endowment, sports association, chamber. After selecting the entity type, the Registration Number is entered.

The eFaktu system can also be accessed by voluntary users , by registering via their PIB or JMBG if they access the portal as a natural person.
